More and more people are turning to Occupational Therapy to resolve all kinds of difficulties in their lives. Occupational therapy is therefore one of the most sought after professions. We live in a highly competitive world, surrounded by stress, crime, the need for instant gratification, rapidly developing technology, poor nutrition and high demands and expectations.

Medication is prescribed, labels are attached, resulting in diminished self-esteem and clients feel unable to reach their full potential. Occupational therapists use scientifically chosen activities to enable diverse clients of all ages suffering from a wide range of problems to maximize their functioning.

POOR CONCENTRATION, LACK OF ORGANIZATION AND EXCESSIVE EFFORT IN MANAGING SIMPLE DAILY TASKS, ARE INDICATIVE OF THE NEED FOR SPECIFIC OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY INTERVENTION.

We help people develop the skills they need for the job of living by analyzing behaviour from a neurological and sensory integrative perspective and “fill in” neuro-developmental gaps. We treat a broad spectrum of physical, mental and emotional irregularities, which often also result in “differences” in learning. Our clients range from pre-school to adulthood. Occupational Therapy involves process and not the product.

We provide the following services:
  • Clinical observation and evaluation
  • Weekly 50 minute treatment sessions over a period of 12-18 months
  • In depth “follow up” feedback session with power point presentation
  • Counseling as required - to promote dignity and self worth/value
